What is the fee for sessions?

The private pay rate for sessions is $135 per therapeutic hour. Therapeutic hours are counted in 50 minute increments.

Do you accept insurance?

I do! I am currently credentialed with the following insurance carriers:

• Aetna

• Tri-Care Approved

*If you do not see your insurance carrier, please check back often, as the credentialing process is ever evolving. Superbills can be provided if you wish to receive out of network benefits.

*Although I do what I can to verify benefits prior to your session, it is your responsibility to make sure you have mental health benefits with your provider. 

Do you have sessions in person?

All sessions are conducted via telehealth. This allows for maximum privacy, flexibility and accessibility. Make sure that you are in a safe, private place with the ability to speak and hear well from whatever device you would like to use in connecting with me.

Do you see kids or teenagers?

I only see adults at this time. You must be at least 18 years old. Additionally, no one is too old for therapy, and I enjoy working with adults of all ages and stages of life.

Do you see couples?

I do not see couples at this time for couples’ issues. However, in seeing an individual for therapy, there are times that a partner is invited in to the session in order to support the work that the client is doing. This is discussed in advance with preparation and planning.
