Life Renewed Counseling is a safe haven for you to process, rest, and heal as you recover from the unexpected life interruptions. No matter what that looks like for you, it is my goal to help you choose to keep going. Whether you have experienced loss, life change, or feel stuck, my goal is to help you navigate that for a life you look forward to living.

Hello, my name is Laura, and I am a licensed professional counselor located in Sugar Hill, GA, serving Gwinnett County and the surrounding Atlanta area, as well as the entire state of GA via telehealth. I work with people to help restore hope in the midst of challenging situations, relationships and families. It is my passion to walk with each client on their journey to wholeness and healing. I especially enjoy working with those experiencing PTSD from relational trauma, who have been chronically invalidated and wish to experience freedom to be themselves, who they truly are, and who they are meant to be. I strive to compassionately teach the skills you need in order to achieve emotional freedom, as well as effective and satisfying relationships.
